The staff were really nice and helpful, always willing to

assist with any inquiries I had. The room layout was clever, and the amenities were modern, including a proper espresso served in the lobby. However, the room felt a bit smaller than expected, making the bathroom a bit tight.

I recommend it for business travelers

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They even let me leave my luggage safely before check-in.

It wasn’t the cheapest option around, but it was still acceptable.

Great location near BTS Sanam Pao. The staff helped with check-in even though my flight was delayed. The room service kept my space clean every day. I appreciated the access to a nearby convenience store. However, the rooms had a musty smell. I saw small roaches during my stay, which was unsettling. I enjoyed the breakfast options, but the eggs could have been served warmer. The gym was adequate, and the overall facilities met my needs, but the furniture felt a bit dated.

The location made it easy to hop on the skytrain and explore Bangkok, especially the lively Nana area with its fantastic restaurants. Our spacious room had a comfortable king-sized bed, and the staff were always ready to help. Plus, we appreciated being able to bring our large breed dog along!

My children wished for better towel supplies for drying after swimming.

I had a wonderful time here. the gym was surprisingly functional, and the pool was perfect for unwinding after a day out. I loved lounging by the sun terrace while sipping coffee from the lobby cafe. Just a heads up, my room didn’t have an extra pair of slippers, but it didn't really bother me. 😊
